Typical Requirements
CBD office floors run into the same three problems: kitchens and end-of-trip facilities that need attention every night, dust on open-plan workstations that a rushed clean skips, and building access rules a crew must be inducted for before it can start.
Our Method
We assign a dedicated after-hours crew on a fixed nightly window, work to a room-by-room written checklist, and use colour-coded microfibre zoned to kitchens, bathrooms and desks so equipment is never carried between them. Carpet extraction and internal glass are scheduled as separate periodic projects rather than promised nightly.
What Is Delivered
What the client receives: a written scope of works, a signed attendance record for every visit, a named supervisor, a monthly photo audit sent to the facilities contact, and certificates of currency for public liability and workers compensation on request.
